Instructions
1. Go to INSPECTION>ITP Inspection Plan Completion Status
2. % Complete - This is the percentage of ITP Inspection Plan completed for the criteria selected in Steps 3, 4 and 5.
3. Show All Button - Drop down menu that allows you to filter by "All" or "Current" Plans.
4. Project Button - Drop down menu that allows you filter by a single project.
5. Not Set Button - Drop down menu that allows you to select a specific phase. The view defaults to show all phases with a Plan "not set."
6. Search Field - Type a key word to filter the grid that phrase.
7. Create - Click on the number to open the Plan Item.
8. Itm# - This column shows you the Item Number in the Plan. Click the column header to sort by the Item Number. Click into the field to change the text.
9. Seq. - This column shows you the sequence number within the Plan. Click the column header to sort by the Sequence Number. Click into the field to change the text.
10. Due - If there is a due date, it will display in this column. Click the column header to sort by the Due Date. Click into the field to change or add a Due Date.
11. Phase - Click the column header to sort by the Phase. Click into the field for a drop down menu listing phases. You can scroll down or type key words in the search field.
12. Location - Click the column header to sort by the Location. Click into the field for a drop down menu listing locations. You can scroll down or type key words in the search field.
13. Checklist - Click the column header to sort by the Checklist. Click into the field for a drop down menu listing checklists. You can scroll down or type key words in the search field.
14. Responsible Party - Click the column header to sort by the Responsible Party. Click into the field for a drop down menu listing Responsible Parties. You can scroll down or type key words in the search field.
15. Equipment - Click the column header to sort by the Equipment. Click into the field for a drop down menu listing equipment. You can scroll down or type key words in the search field.
16. Inspector - Click the column header to sort by the Inspector name. Click into the field for a drop down menu listing Inspectors. You can scroll down or type key words in the search field.
17. Inspector Type - Click the column header to sort by the Inspector Type. Click into the field for a drop down menu listing Inspector Types. You can scroll down or type key words in the search field.
18. Min - This column indicates the minimum number of inspections required to calculate the percentage complete (step 20).
19. Notes - Click the column header to sort by the Notes. Click into the field to add or change the text.
20. % Complete - This shows the percentage of the plan that has been completed. Click the column header to sort by the % Complete.
21. Delete - Click the trash can icon to delete the line item.
22. Inspection Toggle - If there are inspections conducted using that plan, a toggle icon will appear at the beginning of the row. Click the icon to display the individual inspections.
23. ID - This is the Inspection Number ID. Click on the Inspection Number to open the actual inspection. Click on the header title to sort by ID.
23. Status - This column lists the inspection status (complete, CA Required, Ready for Review, etc.). Click on the header title to sort by Inspection Status.
24. Insp. Date - This column shows the date the Inspection was started. Click on the header title to sort by Inspection Date.
25. Due - If there is a due date, it will display in this column. Click the column header to sort by the Due Date. Click into the field to change or add a Due Date.
26. Proj. / Phase - This column lists the Project Name and Phase. Click on the header title to sort by Project and Phase.
27. Chklst. - This column lists the Checklist used in the inspection. Click on the header title to sort by Checklist Title.
28. Resp. Party - This column identifies the primary Responsible Party. Click on the header title to sort by Responsible Party Name.
29. Insp. - This column lists the Inspector Name associated with the inspection. Click on the header title to sort by Inspector Name.
30. CA/Notes - Corrective Action Notes display in this column. Click on the header title to sort the notes alphabetically.
31. Action - Click the "Assign" button to change the Plan Item. A dialog box will open allowing you to select a new plan item.
32. Save Button - Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the grid to save your changes.
32. Cancel Button - Click the "Cancel" button at the bottom of the grid to cancel your changes.
33. Export/Download Icon - Click the Download Icon to export the grid to an Excel file.
