View and Download Attachments (Attachment File Manager))

The Attachment File Manager is where you can view and download all of your inspection report attachments such as images and pdf added by use of the camera icon.

Instructions

1. Go to SETUP>Administration>Attachment File Manager

2. Newest 100 - The default view displays the "newest 100" attachments. Click this drop-down menu to select more filter options, such as "Newest 500," "Oldest 100," and more. 

3. All Projects - The default view displays attachments in "All Projects." Click this drop-down menu to filter the grid by a specific Project. 

4. All Phases - The default view displays attachments in "All Phases" for the selected Project. Click this drop-down menu to filter the grid by a specific Phase. 

5. All Checklists - The default view displays attachments associated with "All Checklists." Click this drop-down menu to filter the grid by a specific Checklist.

6. Search Field - Type keywords into the Search Field and press <ENTER> to filter the grid by that phrase.

7. Preview - This column provides a thumbnail image of a photo.

8. File - This column displays the file name. Click on the link name to download a copy of the file. Click the header title to sort the grid by file name.

9. Size (kb) - File size is a measure of how much data a computer file contains or, alternately, how much storage it consumes. Click the header title to sort the grid by file size.

10. Date - This is the date the file was uploaded into FTQ360. Click the header title to sort the grid by date.

11. Insp. ID - This is the Inspection ID Number associated with the file. Click on the link ID to open the inspection. Click the header title to sort the grid numerically by ID.

12. Chckpt. ID - This is the Checkpoint ID Number within the Checklist associated with the file. Click on the link ID to open the inspection to the checkpoint that contains the file. Click the header title to sort the grid numerically by ID.

13. Proj./Phase - This is the Project/Phase associated with the file. Click the header title to sort the grid by project name.

14. Checklist - This is the Checklist associated with the file. Click the header title to sort the grid by checklist name.

15. Inspector - This is the Inspector Name attached to the inspection. Click the header title to sort the grid by Inspector name.

16. Download multiple files - You can download several files at once by clicking the selection box at the front each row. This will open a new yellow row at the top of the grid with a Download button.
