1. Go to: Setup > Administration > Account Management.
2. Select "View Payment History" from the Process Menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Account Payment Date: The date the credit card was charged.
4. Period Start and Period End: The date range the payment is paying for.
5. Amount: The amount the credit card was charged.
6. Status: The result of that charge
- Paid - The charge successfully went through
- Declined - The charge was unsuccessful and the credit card information needs to be updated
- Next Payment - The last line shows the date and amount of the upcoming charge
7. Card: The last four digits of the credit card on file.
8. Description: The FTQ360 Subscription Plan for the account.
