Project Attachments Available Offline

Reference attachments can be uploaded to a project or checklist, but they are only available if you are online. When you go into Offline Mode, you can see that there are reference attachments available, but you cannot access them. If you click on the attachment, you get a message "Not available offline."

It would be great to be able to download reference attachments when you're offline.

  Development Team reviewed. FTQ360 would have to connect with a cloud service, such as Dropbox or iCloud.
