The community code and phase code in Send Notification

The community code and phase code in Send Notification email subject lines confuse the trades and have to be manually deleted by construction manager before emailing. Trades don't know what those numbers mean, and often think it is a lot or job number. Can the codes be removed from the email subject line?

  The community code and phase code have been requested by other clients. It would be best for the client to rename the community code so that it's not confusing to the trades.

  Developers reviewed and suggest client should use custom Community and Phase Codes that won't cause Resp. Party confusion. Changing the email subject line will affect other clients who require codes to be included.
