Designate Defect Type

For the Final QA, we classify defects as "Functional" (water leaks, roof, HVAC) and "Non-Functional/Cosmetic" (drywall scuff, paint, landscape). Could we create a Defect Type selection when creating an open item so that we can track the number of Functional and Non-Functional Defects? It would be great if the Summary in the Header also showed the number of Functional vs Non-Functional Defects.
