Open inspection on ITP Dashboard

Can we add a way to open an inspection on the ITP Planned Inspection Dashboard--possibly by clicking on the number, if there is one, in the % Done column? A client was clicking on the checklist name expecting it to open the inspection, but kept creating new inspections with that checklist instead.

  The Developers are redesigning the grid on the ITP Dashboard to include inspection number, when appropriate, among other information.
