Add to All Projects/No Projects Options
When creating a new checklist, setting up a new user, or adding a new Responsible Party, there should be an option to "Add to all projects" or "Add to no projects." If add to no projects, then we would go in and select the specific projects that should be associated with the Checklist/User/Responsible Party.

We have set up our inspections Phases to match with the Divisions within construction specifications. This takes a lot of time at set-up however when the site teams wants to perform an inspection it is easier to find the relevant form as they do not have to scroll through 200 templates. However the problem we find now is that whenever we create a new inspection template it shows up under every project and every phase and become an enormous task to go through every project and every phase and deselect. I have even tried to selecting only one project on the set up however it still automatically enters it in every one. This also happens when we enter a new employee into the system.
