Identify "Created by" and "Last Updated by" in Checklist Setup

Can "Created by" and "Last Updated by" be added to the setup  grid in Checklist Setup? This will help us know who made changes to a checklist and who to go back to when the checklist needs to be changed.

  Franklin Chiu with RK Mechanical asked if there would be a way to track who adds & edits projects, checklists, and Resp. Parties, especially who makes something inactive. It would be good to have an activity log for Setup.
