Weigh Checkpoints

I would like some way to weight the individual checklist items. We are a commercial roofing firm so there are certain items ( example- open seams ) that are critical and if this condition is observed the result is an unacceptable condition which should result in an unacceptable inspection with a star rating of *** or worse. Currently, an unacceptable condition – checklist item can still allow for the an averaged star rating of **** or better. If this weight could be assigned when setting up the checklist then the report could tabulate the result and issue an averaged rating that is indicative of the weighted value assigned to the checklist items. Then I would like for the performance by project or responsible party to then reflect this weighted rating.

I would also like the ability to track performance by two responsible parties. We typically assign a construction manager as well as foreman for each project. I would like the performance by responsible party report to depict both parties. We would use this information in assessing employee performance.
