How do I add Notes/Comments to an Inspection?

Notes & Observations

To add notes, type in the "Enter Observations" field within a checkpoint.

Notes give direction to subcontractors/vendors doing the work. They also provide valuable insights to management.
Always write notes when you give a scores less than 5 or select "FIXED" or "OPN."

Comments & Correspondence

You can also use the Comments Feature to have a back and forth conversation with another FTQ360 user in your account.
