Plan Your Inspections and Select Your Checklists

1. Plan your first Inspections

Quality management starts with an inspection plan. We recommend you start by planning what you want to inspect this month. As the project progresses you will continue to develop your inspection plan.

Inspections can be done at the completion of each construction task or just at construction milestones. But, no matter what, you should plan to inspect at critical points before work gets covered up such as a Concrete Pre-Pour Inspection.

2. Choose and edit your Checklists

Once you have your inspection plan, it's time to prepare your Inspection Checklists. You can use the FTQ360 Checklists in your Checklist Setup Process area (go to Setup > Checklist Setup Process) or download some into your Checklist Setup Process area from the Checklist Sharing Library (go to Setup > Checklist Sharing Library).
