You can now access your print outs, both newly run and for the past 7 days, on a "Report History" page. When running a print Out, you'll be taken directly to your Print Out History page to view the status. You can also go to your List Recent screen to download previously run reports.
Instructions
1. Go to Print Outs > List Recent.
2. Report Processing Message - A message will appear here letting you know if your current report is in the queue, processing, or completed.
3. Name - The Report Number and Title is listed here, which includes the report that is currently running along with reports that that have run in the last 30 days.
4. Request Date - Lists the dates each report was run.
5. Date Range - Displays the report's specified date range for compiled data.
6. Status - Displays the report's processing status.
- Queued - Your report is in line to run and is waiting for another report to finish processing. The status will change to "processing" once processing begins.
- Processing - The system is currently compiling your report. This may take a few minutes. The status will change to "completed" once processing completes.
- Completed - The report has completed processing and is ready to download.
- Cancelled - The report processing was cancelled and will not be run.
7. Download Button - You can download completed reports to your computer. You'll be given a choice of downloading the report in PDF or Excel. If the button is grayed-out, the report has not finished processing and is not ready to download.
8. Cancel or Delete - For reports that are in queue or processing, you'll see an "X" to cancel the process. For completed reports, you'll see a trashcan icon that will let you delete unneeded reports from your history log.
9. Email - The email icon will open a pop-up box where you can choose to send the report as a PDF or Excel attachment, enter email addresses and customize the subject line and message. The "To" field is auto-populated with the requester's email.
- The User can use this manual email feature repeatedly. Each Send results in another email being sent.
- Previously sent email details appear on the next click for easy re-use.
- For large reports (>9MB) the email contains a link to the report. Anyone with the link can view the report, whether they are a user or not, or logged in or not. Email recipient does not have permission to do anything but download the PDF from the link if they are not logged in, or if they are logged in as a different user than the user who received the email.
10. Refresh - This button will update the report's processing status.
Report Completed Notifications
1. When a report completes processing and is ready to download, an FTQ360 bell notification provides a link to Download the report.
- The Bell appears with red "badge count" - 1 per report.
- Notification text: Your report "{report name}" is available here. You can also visit your Report History for additional options.
Clicking Here downloads the PDF report.
Clicking Report History redirects to History page.
2. An email is automatically sent to the user's email address.
- For a small report, the report is attached as a PDF in the email.
Large report (>9MB), a link is provided. - The download links provide PDF version only. (Excel is only available on History page).
