You can manually email a general FTQ360 registration hyperlink to a potential new user. The new user links to a FTQ360 new user registration request screen. A confirmation email is sent to the requestor with an request confirmation action button. The profile is created in the FTQ360 group in an inactive, request status. The FTQ360 Admin can view users in request status and completes the user setup and then can activate the user as normal. You can easily onboard new users with a minimum of data entry.
Send a Self-Registration Request
1. Go to System Admin>Account Management>Company Details
2. On the Company Details screen, find the Self-Registration URL field
3. Click the Generate button the generate a link
- This URL can be accessed by users in your company or its service providers so that they can register their own user accounts, which will later need manual activation.
4. Copy the link into an email to the user(s) who will be filling out the form to set up as a new user
Approve the Registration Request
1. Go to System Admin>User Setup
2. On the User Setup Screen, find the Show dropdown menu and select "Pending." This will show you all User Registration waiting to be approved
3. Select the registrations and click Approve
