FTQ360 provides a variety of interactive dashboards to help you measure and monitor inspection activity, deficiency progress, quality and safety performance, key metrics, and more.
Dashboards organize your data into charts, graphs, and panels, making it easy to identify trends, monitor performance, and focus on areas that need attention.
Each dashboard includes interactive tools that allow you to filter data, drill down into specific information, customize the dashboard layout, and download data for additional reporting.
Filtering Dashboard Data
Dashboard panels are interactive. Click on any data item within a panel to filter the dashboard and focus on that selection.
For example, clicking a project name filters the dashboard to display information for that project. You can continue narrowing the results by selecting additional items, such as an inspector, checklist, or responsible party.
This allows you to drill down into the data to investigate trends, identify recurring issues, and review specific areas of performance.
Removing Dashboard Filters
When a filter is applied to a dashboard panel, a filter icon with a red X appears in the upper-right corner of that panel.
Click the red X to remove the filter and restore the data excluded by that selection.
Note: Dashboard filters are retained when navigating away from and returning to a dashboard within the same browser session. If the data appears limited, check the dashboard panels for active filters.

Sorting Dashboard Data
Some dashboard panels include a Sort icon in the upper-right corner.
Click the Sort icon to change the order in which the data is displayed. Depending on the panel, data can be sorted alphabetically or by quantity.
Sorting makes it easier to identify the highest or lowest values and compare results within a panel.
Downloading Dashboard Data
Each dashboard panel includes a Download icon in the upper-right corner.
Click the Download icon to export the underlying data from that panel into a CSV file.
The downloaded data can be opened in Excel or used in other spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis tools.
Customizing Dashboard Panels
Dashboard layouts can be customized to display the information most important to you.
Click the Manage Panels icon in the dashboard header to open the panel customization options.
From here, you can:
- Select which panels are displayed on the dashboard.
- Hide panels you do not need.
- Rearrange the order of panels to place important information at the top.
This allows you to organize each dashboard around the information you review most frequently.
For additional instructions, see How to Customize the Dashboard.
