Add Phase Notes to the Inspection Report PDF

The project notes appear on the inspection report pdf, but the phase notes do not. Can we add the phase notes to the inspection pdf? How will they be differentiated from the project notes?

  Developer team reviewed. Notes in Project field appear on report, but not phase notes. Adding Phase notes can potentially make the header too long. Developer is going to add "Private" to the notes field in setup so that it is clear that text does not appear on the report.
