Export filtered data from the View Recent Inspections grid

When the View Recent Inspections grid is filtered by an inspector, project, etc., it would help to be able to export that data to Excel or print a pdf report.

  The Developers recommend that this feature be available on the "All Inspections (Archive)" page, as that would produce all inspections available within a filtered search. The "View Recent Inspections" page could potentially omit inspections if they fall outside the last 1,000 inspections window.
