Add "Location/Ref #" to View Recent Inspection Grid

Add a column that displays the "Location/Ref #" field from the blue header on the inspection to the View Recent Inspection Field.

  Developer reviewed and it would be too difficult to make "location/Ref #" a separate column. That data currently appears in the Project column on the View Recent Inspection page.
