Checklist Icon Colors for the ITP Selection Process
PlannedHi FTQ team,
The itp requires only one passed inspection, therefore the inspection icon should be green when the itp requirements are satisfied on plan mode.
When the first inspection is complete, the icon turns green as expected.
When the second inspection is started and left incomplete, the inspection icon reverts back to grey on plan mode.
That is a big problem, I just found out that it causes major headaches at the plant.
I have entered a comment/suggestion ticket, that a poka-yoke/error prevention is added as follows:
When the inspection icon is blue on plan mode, when pressed it should create a new inspection directly.
If the icon has any other color (green/grey/red) a warning window should pop up asking the user to confirm if a secondary inspection is required.
This suggestion will, in my opinion, take care of the issue above.
Second issue, we have also observed that when the itp requires more than one of the same inspection for a specific phase (adjusted on the quantity requirements of the project>phase>plan menu), the icon turns green with only one inspection passed, which does not satisfies the itp parameters and therefore should remain blue in my opinion.
Two related issues, the second one is not as critical because we rarely require two of the same inspections.
Please advise
Thanks

The developers reviewed this request and are planning to add the following to an upcoming ITP update (DEV-2949):
- Hide completed ITP items. If plan item is complete the checklist is not shown on the selection process
- If the user selects an ITP item that already has one or more inspection in process with a status of incomplete, the inspections information is listed below the checklist line. Click on it to open the past inspection, or click on the checklist title to start a new inspection.
