Add "YES" "No" buttons to checkpoint

Can "Yes" and "No" buttons be added to a checkpoint in lieu of the four FTQ buttons? We have a lot of questions on checklists that require a Yes/No response and it would help if that could be set up in a similar way to quality buttons and be tracked on reports. 

We would still use the four FTQ buttons for most checkpoints, the Yes/No buttons would be an addition. Also, we currently use the drop down option for Yes/No questions, but some people miss that.

  The developers reviewed this request and recommend either customizing the verbiage on the buttons from "FTQ" to "Yes" and "OPN" to "No," or using a data checkpoint with Yes/No auto-options. Creating an entirely new series of data recording buttons that can be used alternatively with FTQ/FIX/OPN would require a redesign to the basic architecture of the software.
