How can I add additional emails to be automatically copied when an inspection is emailed out?

You can edit the email addresses that are pre-populated in a distribution list. These are pulled from the Responsible Party email addresses. Some companies include the Warranty Department email address with each of the Responsible Party email address on the Responsible Party Setup Process page.

Instructions

1. Hover over “SETUP” on the menu bar.

2. Select “Responsible Party Setup Process.”

3. Type the recipient’s email address into the “Enter E-Mail” field. Separate multiple emails with a semi-colon ( ; ).

4. Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
