View All Dashboards

This new landing page gives you access to every dashboard available in FTQ360 and lets you select favorite dashboards to appear on the Dashboard menu drop down. This page is an overview of all the features on this screen.

 Instructions

1. Go to Dashboards>View All Dashboards

2.  Dashboard Selection Boxes: This screen is made up of a portal that lists every available dashboard in FTQ360. Each individual dashboard is listed within a single box, and the rows are divided by category.

3. Question Mark Icon: Hoover your mouse over the question mark icon to view a description box explaining what's on that dashboard.

4. Dashboard Title Link: Click on a dashboard title to open and go to the dashboard

5. Star: Click the star icon in the dashboard box to mark it as a favorite. Favorite dashboards will appear on the main Dashboard drop down menu. Click here for more information about customizing the Dashboard Menu.

6. Filter by: Click a Category on the left hand side of the screen to "filter" which category of dashboards appear in the portal.

• All - Default view; lists every dashboard available in FTQ360
• My Favorites - Filters the dashboard selection boxes so that only the starred boxes display in the portal
• Deficiency - Filters the dashboard selection boxes so that only deficiency-related dashboards display in the portal
• Inspection - Filters the dashboard selection boxes so that only inspection activity-related dashboards display in the portal
• ITP - Filters the dashboard selection boxes so that only inspection ITP-related dashboards display in the portal
• Performance - Filters the dashboard selection boxes so that only performance and trend analysis dashboards display in the portal
