Instructions
1. Go to: Inspection >ITP Listing.
2. You can filter the grid by using the fields at the top of each column. Type a keyword in the header entry field and press <enter>.
- NEW! The search fields are "sticky" and will remember the entry you typed the next time you return to the screen. Data is cleared and defaults reset when you logout of FTQ360.
A. % Done: This column shows the percentage completed for the ITP step.
B. Code: This column lists the unique ID number assigned to the ITP Step by the FTQ360 system.
C. Start: This column displays the expected start date for the ITP step.
D. Due: This column displays the due date, if there is one, associated with the ITP step.
E. Checklist: This column displays the checklist that is expected to be used for the ITP step.
F. Project: This column displays the Project/Community name for the ITP.
- Click on the column header to sort by Project Name.
- In the header field, enter a Project Name to filter the grid to all deficiencies within that Project.
G. Phase/Location: This column displays the Phase/Location name for the ITP.
- Click on the column header to sort by Phase/Location.
- In the header field, enter a Phase/Location to filter the grid to all deficiencies for that Phase/Location.
H. Equip: This column lists equipment associated with the ITP step.
- Click on the column header to sort by Equipment code.
- In the header field, enter the Equipment Code to filter the grid by all deficiencies using that equipment checklist.
I. Insp. Affiliation: This columns shows you the company name the inspector is affiliated with. For example, an inspector for your company should have your company name displayed here. A trade/subcontractor/Responsible Party will have their company name listed here.
J. Resp. Party: This column displays the main Responsible Party associated with the ITP.
- Click on the column header to sort by Responsible Party.
- In the header field, enter a Responsible Party name to filter the grid to all deficiencies associated with that Responsible Party.
K. Insp.: This column displays the Inspector assigned to perform the inspection.
- Click on the column header to sort by Inspector Name.
- In the header field, enter an Inspector Name to filter the grid to all deficiencies created by that User.
L. QTY: This column shows you the number of times the ITP step is expected to be performed.
M. Notes: This column displays comments entered for the ITP step.
- In the search field, enter a keyword (i.e. "Window") to filter the grid by all deficiencies with that word in the Notes.
3. Download: You can download your filtered data. Use the multiple filters to create your data set, select the "download" icon at the bottom left of the screen and a spreadsheet of your data will be downloaded to your computer.
