Project Progress

With the new inspection status screen, you can scan the status of all the inspections in a project. The bars show pass, percentage of completion, and if there are open or closed deficiencies. This allows you to easily check the progress of all inspections, as well as the extent of open issues. You can find this new screen at Reports>Project Progress. 

Instructions

1. Go to Reports> Project Progress

2. Use the drop down filters in the top right of the screen to select the project

3. The data on the screen will now display information for that project. Each line item is a specific inspection

• A. The status bar - displays the status for the specific inspection
  • Dark Green= checkpoints marked FTQ
  • Light Green = checkpoints marked FIXED
  • Red = Checkpoints marked OPN
  • Blue = OPN Checkpoints marked R4R
  • Grey = Unchecked checkpoints
• B. Inspection info - displays the checklist, phase, inspection ID, and date for the specific inspection
• C. Status & Percentage complete - displays the inspection status and the percentage of checkpoints completed on the specific inspection
  • Pass = A completed inspection with all checkpoints marked FTQ or Fixed
  • CA Required =  A completed inspection with all checkpoints marked FTQ, Fixed, or OPN
  • #% = An incomplete inspection (i.e. there are checkpoints that have not been checked FTQ, OPN, or FIXED)
• D. Open Issue Number - represents the number of Open Deficiencies on the specific inspection

4. Click the Checklist title to open the associated inspection.
