Can FTQ360 work offline with Windows 10

FTQ360 has full offline capabilities on windows 10 with the Chrome browser. Make sure you are using the Chrome browser.

The only Windows restriction is that you must leave the browser open after you go into offline mode.  You can sync to the server next time you login, even if you shut off your computer.
