Deficiency Management Screen

Multiple deficiencies across different inspection reports can be updated on one screen.

Inspectors and Quality Managers can filter issues on the List All Deficiencies screen and then click a button to open the filtered issues in the Deficiency Management screen. From there, they can update the deficiencies, mark multiple issues as fixed at once, or email the deficiencies to Responsible Parties.

Instructions:

1. Filter the list of deficiencies to be updated on the All Deficiencies List (Archive) screen

1. Go to Deficiencies>List All
2. This screen lists all deficiencies in the account. Use the column headers to filter by project, phase, checklist, responsible party, and other items

2. Click the blue Manage Deficiencies button

3. Update the issues on the Manage Deficiencies

• This screen lists the Open checkpoints from the filtered List All Deficiencies (Archive) screen.
• You can update Open checkpoints to Fixed.
• Inspection Reports are separated by the blue header that lists the Checklist Title, the report ID, and can be expanded to show more details.

4. Print and Email the list of deficiencies

• The Get PDF button in the footer generates a full PDF printout of deficiencies appearing on the screen in the order shown.
• The Email button allows the user to send the deficiencies appearing on the screen in the order shown to an email address or specific deficiencies to the assigned Responsible Party.
