Can we rearrange the checklists by scheduling by time frame in-lieu of alphabetical order?

You can use the Sequence Number on the Checklist Setup Process screen to put the checklists in order. 

Go to SETUP>Checklist Process Setup and look for the “Seq.” column. The sequence order will list from smallest to largest. You can use decimal points, if necessary, to get the tasks in the order you want them.

For example, a sequence number “3″ will be above a tasks with the sequence number “4″. If you’d like another task in between those two tasks, you can give it the sequence number “3.5″ or any decimal in between “3″ and “4″.   The primary sort is the sequence number, and then alphabetically.
