We have a “Customization Preferences” list that will give you a description of the different terms used in FTQ360. All the terms on this list are customizable, in case you prefer to use a different term.

Go to: SETUP > Customization > Customization Preferences. You can search for a specific term using the search bar on the top right or scroll through pages.
