What if I don’t have an Internet connection?

If the Internet connection is lost, FTQ360 will automatically keep trying to save until the connection is found. A banner on the page will notify you that FTQ360 is retrying and when the next retry will be attempted.

Here are some other approaches to consider:

• Use your smartphone. Download the FTQ360 from the Apple or Android app store on your phone.
• Turn on your smartphone’s Wi-Fi hotspot capability. Most smartphones have it built in. Then connect your tablet to your personal W-Fi hotspot.
• Use a Wi-Fi hotspot app on your phone. This type of app sets up a Wi-Fi hotspot by sharing your phone’s data plan. FoxFi is an example.
