I'm having problems with FTQ360 (Legacy)

*We support iOS devices running the latest iOS version. Please be aware that some older devices that don't have the capability to update to the latest iOS version may experience issues.*

The newer FTQ360 Mobile App works fine with the new iOS operating system; however, the older Legacy FTQ360 Inspection App does not and we will not be supporting the older App on updated iOS operating systems going forward.

 If you're using the FTQ360 app, here’s what you should do:

1. Download the FTQ360 Mobile Inspection app:  Go to the App store and search for FTQ360 Mobile Inspection. Download that App. Once you've got the App, make sure you are also on the Mobile Format. Note this not an update to the older app.
2. Use the “Mobile Format” when you go to an inspection. The Mobile format will look different. The checkpoints are on the right instead of the left and the FTQ, QC, OPN, & NA text is in each checkpoint instead of only on the top. If that's not what you see, then while you are still in an inspection, look for a green bar on the top right-hand side of your screen that says, "Try Mobile Format".
