When you click on the blue inspection ID link on a report pdf, it will open to the FTQ360 login page in your browser. (If you're already logged-in to your account, the report should open.) If you're getting an error page that states "Inspection cannot be displayed," it may have to do with stored cache.
If you clear your browser's cache, it should correct the issue.
To clear the cache:
- Open your Chrome browser.
- Right click on the Green Lock (Secure) area.
- Click on the Cookies link
- Click “Remove” until all “ftq360.net”, “www.ftq360.net”, and “ingetclicky.com” are gone.
