Inspection Reports

401 - Inspection Report Series

• Overview: The 400 Report will print the inspection pdf reports for selected projects and date range. It can also be run for Equipment.
• Options: This report can be printed in the Classic and the new Modern styles. 
  • 401ax -  prints in descending order by inspection ID
  • 401bx - prints in Project and Phase order
  • 401cx - prints in Project and Location order
  • 401dx - prints in order by inspector
  • 401ex - prints in order by Project/Phase/ITP NEW!
• Auto Report: Can schedule daily

404 - Inspection Compliance Pass/Fail

• Overview: FTQ or QC checkpoints are displayed with a PASS checkbox. OPN items are hidden and the checkpoint notes are not displayed; hiding deficiencies until they are corrected. It can also be run for Equipment.
• Options: This report can be printed in the Classic and new Modern styles.
• Auto Report: Not available

439 - Inspection Activity Report 

• Overview: The 439 Report displays a grid for inspection activity within specified projects and time range.  
• Auto Report: Not available

591 - Combined Inspection Report 

• Overview: The 591 Report combines the output of multiple inspections as if all of the checkpoints were created on one inspection. Like/same checkpoints will be grouped together on the report. Checkpoints are displayed in the order of Checklist Seq# (when there is more than one checklist template). 
• Auto Report: Yes. Schedule weekly to the Company email addresses.
• Use Case: For example, when concrete is poured every day for a month. An inspection report captures concrete data on multiple deliveries per day. A combined report consolidates the pour and strength tests into one report. Keep in mind, when you create your Combined Report, you can choose a "Checkpoints Types" filter so to filter down the checkpoint types that appear on the report. In the example below, I filtered on "Checkpoint - Dynamic Matrix Item".

593 - Attachments Report 

• Overview: The FTQ-593 report has the ability to submit pictures in a separate report file. The pictures and attachments also have clickable links to the original files. This report is useful for submittals to clients that have legacy requirements for separate submittals, or you want to keep pictures is a dedicated repository.). 
• Auto Report: Schedule daily, weekly, or monthly.

900 - Inspection Data Table

• Overview: The 900 Report displays inspection summary information for selected projects.  
• Auto Reports: Not available
• This report prints in PDF. If an Excel spreadsheet is needed, run Data Query Q900.

902 - Inspection Grid

• Overview: The 902 Report displays the data from the View Recent Inspections page. 
• Auto Reports: Not available
• This report prints in PDF. If an Excel spreadsheet is needed, run Data Query Q902.
