Performance & Trend Reports

324 - FTQ Performance (Last 12 weeks)

• Overview: The 324 series will show you the percentage of checkpoints that are marked FTQ and the number of inspections over the last 12 weeks. Scores are represented in stars and percentages.
• Options: This report can be compiled by checkpoint, checklist, project, and responsible party.
• Auto Reports: Can be scheduled weekly
• Legend: %FTQ = the percentage of checkpoints that were marked FTQ
  • Score = Average of stars given on scoring checkpoints
  • # Inspections = Number of inspections that the checkpoints come from. (This can differ from the Dashboard data if open issues are added to an inspection after the original creation date.)

328 - FTQ Performance (Last 12 months)

• Overview: The 328 series will show you the percentage of checkpoints that are marked FTQ and the number of inspections over the last 12 months. Scores are represented in stars and percentages.
• Options: This report can be compiled by checkpoint, checklist, project, and responsible party.
• Auto Reports: Can be scheduled weekly and monthly
• Legend: %FTQ = the percentage of checkpoints that were marked FTQ
  • Score = Average of stars given on scoring checkpoints
  • # Inspections = Number of inspections that the checkpoints come from. (This can differ from the Dashboard data if open issues are added to an inspection after the original creation date.)

462 - 12-week Performance Trend

• Overview: The 462 series shows trends collected from the scoring checkpoints, such as Safety, Quality, Cleanliness, Schedule and others over the last 12 weeks.
• Options: This report can be compiled by Checklist, Responsible Party and Project.

486 - 12-month Trend Report

507 - Inspection Activity Trend Report

• Overview: The 507 Report displays the number of inspections performed by week.
• Options: This report can be compiled by Affiliation, Inspector, and Project.  
• Auto Reports: Can be scheduled weekly

529 - Vendor Ranking over last 12-weeks

• Overview: The 529 Report displays Responsible Parties in order of performance over the last 12-weeks, along with their average FTQ percentage, score, and number of inspections.
• Options: Responsible Party only. 
• Auto Reports: Can schedule weekly
• Legend: %FTQ = the percentage of checkpoints that were marked FTQ
  • Score = Average of stars given on scoring checkpoints

530 - Vendor Ranking over last 12 months

• Overview: The 530 Report displays Responsible Parties in order of performance over the last 12-months, along with their average FTQ percentage, score, and number of inspections.
• Options: Responsible Party only. 
• Auto Reports: Can schedule monthly
• Legend: %FTQ = the percentage of checkpoints that were marked FTQ
