This dashboard gives you a count of deficiencies (both open and fixed/QC'd) by Checkpoint, Checklist, and Checkpoint Category (not checklist category). This is especially useful to rank which checklists, checkpoints, or checkpoint categories are returning the most issues.
Instructions:
A. Project Filter: Use this drop down to select one specific project or all projects.
B. Date Range Filter: Time periods include "This month (until now)" and "Last month (only)" shown weekly on the trend graph, "Prior 12 months (not this)" shown monthly, and "Prior 12 months (+this)" shown quarterly.
C. Deficiencies by Checkpoint: This section lists the number of deficiencies identified with each checkpoint within the selected time frame. The list can be sorted by highest to least or least to highest and is useful for seeing recurring issues.
D. Deficiencies by Checklist: This section lists the number of deficiencies identified with each checklist within the selected time frame. The list can be sorted by highest to least or least to highest and is useful for seeing which checklists have the most issues overall.
E. Deficiencies by Checkpoint Category: This section lists the number of deficiencies identified with each checkpoint category within the selected time frame. The list can be sorted by highest to least or least to highest and is useful for seeing which scopes of work are most problematic.
For continuity purposes, the data on the graph is based on inspection date. Deficiencies added to an inspection a month or more after the inspection was created will not appear on this dashboard. There is no breakdown by individual responsible party.
