# of FTQ Inspections by Checklist

This dashboard allows you to analyze FTQ performance by inspection checklist. Counts here refer to the number of FTQ inspections (i.e. inspections with all work completed right the first time – no deficiencies found) There are three graph panels that include # FTQ Inspections Trend, # FTQ Inspections by Category, and # FTQ Inspections by Checklist.

Instructions:

A. Project Filter: Use this drop down to select one specific project or all projects.

B. Date Range Filter: Time periods include "This month (until now)" and "Last month (only)" shown weekly on the trend graph, "Prior 12 months (not this)" shown monthly, and "Prior 12 months (+this)" shown quarterly.

C. # FTQ Inspection Trend: This "Trend" panel compares the number of FTQ inspections to the total number of inspections conducted in the month. . 

D. # FTQ Inspections By Category: The "Category" panel displays checklist categories as selected on your Checklist Setup screen. Checkpoint categories are not used on this dashboard.

E. # FTQ Inspections by Checklist: The "Checklist" panel ranks which checklists are being completed with 0 QC issues. 

 For simplification and continuity, we count FTQ inspections as any completed inspections where there are no deficiencies (i.e. no FIXED/QC or OPEN/OPN checkpoints were checked). This number may include inspections with no FTQ checkpoints particularly when the inspection does not include any "Quality" or "Safety" checkpoint types.
