Each of your Key Metrics (i.e. Priority, Risk, Days Delay, Rework Cost, et al.) now has it own focused dashboard. FTQ360 allows for up to 5 key metric fields and there are up to five focused dashboards. This article is using Priority as the example.
Instructions:
A. Show Deficiencies: Click to see the deficiency listing grid filtered to the dashboard data set.
B. All Category Types: Dropdown to choose between Quality data and Safety data.
C. All Projects: Dropdown allows you to chose to show data for all projects or a single project.
D. Last 90 Days (until now): Drop down allows you to choose a timeframe.
E. Chart Icon: Opens a window to customize the dashboard. You can select which panels appear on the dashboard, turn off panels that you don't need, and reorganize the order of the panels so the most important info is on top.
F. Division: Ranks the Priority key metric by Division. Click a specific division title to sort the dashboard data by that selection.
G. Project: Ranks the Priority key metric by Project. Click a specific division title to sort the dashboard data by that selection.
H. Total Days to Fix Trend: Bar graph that shows the trending performance of the Priority key metric.
I. Status: Bar graph that breaks the deficiencies by status (Fixed, Open, R4R)
J. Responsible Party: Ranks the Priority key metric by Responsible Party. Click a specific division title to sort the dashboard data by that selection.
K. Category: Ranks the Priority key metric by Category. Click a specific division title to sort the dashboard data by that selection.
L. Checklist: Ranks the Priority key metric by Checklist. Click a specific division title to sort the dashboard data by that selection.
M. Checkpoint: Ranks the Priority key metric by Checkpoint. Click a specific division title to sort the dashboard data by that selection.
- Every component on the dashboard is clickable and can filter the data by the clicked item.
- Click this icon to sort by the data by title or by quantity.
- Click this icon to download the data into a CSV file.
