When a new Crew Member or Responsible Person is added, FTQ360 automatically adds an inactive restricted edit-only user in Setup>Administration>User Setup. The User's affiliation will be set to the Responsible Party name. You'll need to activate the users and modify their permissions as needed in the User Setup area.
This automation eliminates double entry for setting-up someone as a Crew and a User.
