Did you know that you can prioritize your deficiencies in FTQ360?
That way, you can separate minor issues (paint, drywall scuff, landscaping) from serious issues (water intrusion, structural damage, safety concerns) that could result in expensive repairs, lawsuits, or an injury.
This video walks you through setting up and using the Priority Key Metric in FTQ360.
The Priority (or Risk Factor) is a Key Metric that is available on an Open Deficiency in an inspection. The Priority can be measured on a scale of 1 to 10. Low risk priorities are assigned a "1" and high risk priorities are assigned a "10," and you can set risk levels between 1 to 10 too. To standardize the priority identification, you can pre-assign the risk level for each checkpoint in Checklist Setup.
You can separate high priority issues from low priority issues in data queries, as well as on the Priority Open Deficiency Dashboard. Click on the bar graph to filter the data set, and the information displayed on the dashboard will be for the higher issues only.
