Limit Responsible Party Emails to Assigned Project Only

For Open Deficiencies, you can limit the Responsible Parties to only those assigned to the project.

Instructions

1. Go to Setup>Customization>Customization Preferences.

2. Type "Responsible Party" in the Search Field to filter for the Responsible Party customization options.

3. Find the “On inspection screen responsible party (RP) dropdown and email lists: 0 = all RP and all project, RP, and inspector emails. 1 =only RP active on project and project-specific RP emails (no inspector emails)."

• 0 = all RP and all project, RP, and inspector emails.
• 1 =only RP active on project and project-specific RP emails (no inspector emails)

4. Type "1" in the Term field to limit the drop down to Project Specific Responsible Parties only.

5. Click save.
