View Only, Edit Only, and Restricted Users

• View Only restricts users to being able to see inspection data only. They cannot add or notes, take or upload photos, or change the evaluation buttons (FTQ, OPN, FIXED, N/A)
• Edit Only restricts users to being able to view and edit inspections in their selected projects. They edit or add notes, take or upload photos, but cannot change the evaluation buttons. That is listed to "Create" permissions only.
• Restricted Users have the Restricted button selected, and adds the limit of only viewing and accessing inspection data within their affiliation.

Instructions

1. Go to System Admin>User Setup.

2. Select the User's Name.

3. Find User Access from the Edit Panel on the right hand side of the screen and click "Project Access.

4. In the pop window, select only the boxes in the projects that this user should be able to access.

5. Click the blue Continue button.

6. Scroll down to Permissions & Roles

Restricted have the Restricted button selected, and adds the limit of only viewing and accessing inspection data within their affiliation.

7. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
