Update multiple issues with Deficiency Management Screen

The new Deficiency Management Screen makes it easier to update multiple deficiencies across inspection reports—all from one screen. Filter the issues you need, update multiple deficiencies at once, and print or email consolidated deficiency lists without opening reports one at a time.

Here are a few ways you can put it to work:

• Close out multiple deficiencies at once. Filter by a home or project, select the completed items, and mark them Fixed in one place.
• Send Responsible Parties a consolidated list. Pull together open issues assigned to a specific contractor or Responsible Party across projects and email them a single list with the supporting photos and notes.
• Run weekly deficiency review meetings. Display the open deficiencies for a community or project and work through them as a team, updating corrected items during the meeting and leaving with a clear action list.
• Speed up project closeout. Once all outstanding work is complete, filter by project and update the remaining open deficiencies to Fixed.
• Make subcontractor updates easier. Subcontractors can work through their assigned issues across projects, add photos and corrective-action notes, and mark items Ready for Review from one screen.h.
