More Flexible Single Sign-On (SSO) Login Options
Account administrators have clearer options for managing Single Sign-On (SSO) access. You can require SAML login for users with specified email domains while allowing users outside those domains, such as third-party inspectors, to continue signing in with a username and password. Updated account settings also distinguish between requiring SAML and requiring SSO through SAML or supported social login options. DEV-11137 and DEV-10911
Here are a few ways you can put it to work:
- Require employees using your company email domain to sign in through SAML while allowing outside inspectors to use their existing passwords.
- Review the renamed login settings to select the appropriate authentication requirements for your organization.
Inspector Licensing and User Permissions
User Setup includes an Inspector setting that controls who can create inspections and use a paid inspector license. When Inspector is disabled, "Create" permissions are unavailable. Inspector and Paid License columns in the user list make license assignments easier to review. An inspector license generally remains assigned for at least 30 days after activation, even if the user is deactivated or their role changes, subject to the exceptions described in the account rules. DEV-10919
For more information about user licensing, refer to the Terms of Service available on the FTQ360 login screen.
Here are a few ways you can put it to work:
- Identify which users are enabled to create inspections and currently occupy paid inspector licenses.
- Review the license release date shown for an inspector who has been deactivated or had their inspector status removed.

Email Alerts for Unmet Mandatory Reporting Requirements
FTQ360 can send daily email notifications when recently modified inspections have a Pass status but still contain unmet mandatory reporting requirements. Notifications identify the affected inspections, link directly to them, and summarize missing items such as required photos or notes, helping teams address incomplete documentation. DEV-10566
Here are a few ways you can put it to work:
- Identify passed inspections that still need mandatory photos or observation notes.
- Use the inspection links in the email to review outstanding requirements and complete the missing documentation.

Clearer Dashboard Filter Indicators
Dashboard panels display a larger red filter icon when filters are applied, making it easier to recognize when the information on screen is filtered. Download and sort icons have also been enlarged for improved visibility across dashboards. DEV-10465
Here are a few ways you can put it to work:
- Quickly spot panels with active filters before interpreting dashboard results.
- Find and remove filters left in place from an earlier dashboard visit to return to an unfiltered view.

Upcoming ITP Inspection Email Reminders
Inspectors can receive email reminders about their upcoming scheduled ITP inspections. The daily notification process identifies assigned ITP inspections scheduled within the next eight days that do not yet have an associated inspection report. Each email lists the upcoming inspections with links to open the corresponding ITP selection screen. DEV-11012
Here are a few ways you can put it to work:
- Help inspectors plan for assigned inspections coming up in the next week.
- Open scheduled ITP items directly from reminder emails to prepare for upcoming work.
