New Approval Features and Enhancements
We’ve released several new approval-focused enhancements to improve visibility and streamline workflows. A new Pending Approval Checkpoints listing grid provides clear insight into upcoming and open approvals, while a new Approval Dashboard offers a detailed breakdown of inspections awaiting approval by project, checklist, inspector, and more. For quick access, a Pending Approvals snapshot panel can now be added to the homepage, displaying the latest five inspections requiring approval. Additionally, the approver dropdown for Approval Checkpoints has been refined to show only users with the “Approval Signoff” permission, reducing errors and ensuring a more efficient approval process.

New Homepage Snapshot Panels Released
We’ve introduced several new homepage snapshot panels to provide quick, at-a-glance visibility into key performance and workflow metrics. These include performance-focused panels such as % FTQ by Inspection Report Responsible Party, Deficiency Count by Checkpoint Responsible Party, and Average Days to Fix, along with manager-specific insights like Report Count Trends and Report Counts by Inspector to help track activity and workload distribution. Inspectors can also benefit from new deficiency tracking panels—Due Deficiencies Reported by Me and Due Deficiencies Assigned to My Affiliation—making it easier to stay organized and prioritize tasks. Additionally, a new Pending Approvals panel displays the latest five inspections awaiting approval. All panels mirror the main dashboard style but remain non-interactive for quick, convenient viewing directly from the homepage.

New Dashboard and Filtering Enhancements
We’ve introduced several new enhancements to improve visibility, analysis, and workflow efficiency across dashboards. A new Active ITP Items filter is now available on ITP Dashboards and listing grids, allowing users to focus only on items that require attention by excluding those not ready or already complete. The Deficiency Analysis Dashboard has also been expanded with new Locations and Checkpoint Inspector Type panels, providing more consistent data and improved analytical insights. Additionally, a new Approval Dashboard offers a detailed view of inspections awaiting approval, with breakdowns by project, checklist, inspector, and other key metrics to support better decision-making..

Multi-Column Sorting Added to Deficiency Listing Grid
For inspector and quality manager users, the List All Deficiencies grid has been enhanced to support multi-column sorting. This update allows users to organize and prioritize deficiency data more effectively, making it easier to identify and manage issues directly from the listing grid when working within the deficiency management screen.

User Setup and Invitation Updates
We’ve made improvements to user setup and onboarding to ensure consistency and a smoother experience. When adding a new user, selecting an RP affiliation is now required (or will default to "unaffiliated"), ensuring proper alignment with business rules and preventing potential issues. Additionally, the New User Invitation email has been enhanced to be more informative and user-friendly, clearly explaining FTQ360, identifying the sending account, and providing step-by-step login instructions for new users.

ALSO UPDATED...
The ITP Setup Screen and ITP Import Spreadsheet have been updated to include a new Location/Ref # field, allowing this information to be preset during setup rather than manually entered by inspectors.
Updates have been made to ITP Plan Mode Behavior to better align with user expectations and permissions. Users with permissions set to “locked into plan mode” will now always remain in plan mode, and if no applicable plan items are available, the selection process will end with a clear “no options” message. For users not locked into plan mode, the system will now default to plan mode when a plan is available, while still allowing the option to switch to standard selection mode. This ensures plan-based workflows are prioritized while maintaining flexibility where appropriate.
The Attachment File Manager Screen has been updated to include a new “Attachment Notes” column, providing users with more readily accessible information about each attachment.
The Printout History Page has been updated with a more intuitive “Refresh Status” feature, now positioned directly above the status column. This improvement eliminates the need for users to repeatedly click a refresh button, as the printout status now updates automatically.
A new data query Q1045 is now available, allowing users of table matrices to generate an Excel output of inspection table matrices across multiple inspections.
