Simplified Online Report Runner
The online report runner has a simplified workflow that makes it quicker and easier to run reports. Choose the report, add or modify filters, and run with the press of a button. As before, you have the option of saving the report as a “favorite report” with preset filters.

- Use Case #2: A company wants to print a history of open and fixed deficiencies for a responsible party.

With over 150 available standard reports, FTQ360 now has an easier way to find and activate reports for the online report runner, schedule standard reports, and automate favorite reports with preset filters to specific email addresses. Search, sort, and descriptions with keywords allow you to find what you are looking for fast.

New Responsible Party Setup Screens
A new responsible party setup screen is easier to use than ever. All existing precision permissions are there - in the same style of the checklist and project setup screens.

- Use Case #2: Company wants to update which projects are accessible to a Responsible Party

A Simplified, Limited Entry Inspector Permission Role
A new inspector role allows clients and third party inspectors to use the inspection screen, but are limited to rating a checkpoint, taking pictures and making observation notes. The other checkpoint details are hidden from them, but visible you, including responsible parties, date, reason/corrective action codes, comments, corrective action notes, ready for review status, and key metrics. The main use to allow restricted users to provide you with their inspection observations, but isolate them from details of your corrective action process. Perfect for subcontractors to report completion of their work, or clients to document and approve your completion of your work.

Deficiency and Key Metric Dashboards Now List Detail Records
Do you want to see exactly what data is behind a deficiency dashboard? After making the filter selections on the dashboard panels, press the “Show Details” button and a listing grid is displayed. It lists all deficiencies that are shown on the current view of the dashboard. Press the download icon and the current listing is downloaded in spreadsheet format.
Use Cases
- Use Case 1: A QM uses the dashboard to identify a checkpoint with the highest total cost. He pushes the show details button and the deficiencies are listed in a familiar format.
- Use Case 2: A QM uses the dashboard to identify the responsible party with the most deficiencies. He reviews the list of deficiencies to get an overall understanding of the nature of the issues and decide if preventive actions are needed. He can jump to the inspection for a closer look at any item.

New %FTQ Accuracy Dashboard
% FTQ is a first time quality performance measure that calculates the number of checkpoints rated as FTQ as a percent of all rated checkpoints (FTQ + FIXED + OPEN). You can see which vendors are your top and bottom performers and drill down to understand strengths and weaknesses. Click “Show Deficiencies” to see additional details. This is very useful on future projects for identifying the highest quality vendors or assessing lesser vendor quality risks.

- Use Case 1: A QM evaluates subcontractor performance on FTQ%.
- Use Case 2: A QM evaluates which category of work needs process improvements.

Enhanced Asset / Equipment Features
You can assign an asset or equipment from one project to another project. The assignment history tracks all transfers in and out of projects. This enables full documentation of the asset lifecycle when coupled with shipping and receiving condition inspections as well as periodic maintenance and service reports.

- Use Case 1: Move an asset or equipment to different projects and track maintenance records.

Login with Google or Microsoft Authentication
Users can login to FTQ360 with their company email address. Authentication will be provided by Google or Microsoft as the case may be. The only requirements are that the company email service provider be Google or Microsoft (including Azure) and the email address is the FTQ360 username. This allows the vast majority of companies to control access to FTQ360 through their corporate cybersecurity protocols that govern authorized users and authentication requirements such as two-factor.
Use Cases
- Use Case 1: A company uses Microsoft for administering their corporate identity authentication and allowable users. FTQ360 will recognize users authenticated by the company.
- Use Case 2: A user has Google as the email administrator. The user pushes the google button and FTQ360 will recognize the identity of the user as verified by Google.
Non-English Language Characters for Menus
Now international characters (e.g. , Spanish) and script characters (e.g., Asian) are widely supported by FTQ360. If you want to configure an entire account to be language-specific then update the 75+ preference terms and the characters will be threaded through FTQ360 screens and menus (except for some hardwired English words). If only specific projects or checklist templates are for use with a specific language, then the characters you enter in the setup will be seen by users as they carry out their inspections.

Duplicate a Project or Phase (with ITP)
Now you can duplicate a project to create a new project. This provides a consistent QAQC process among similar projects. All of the project phases and all the ITP (inspection and test plans) are duplicated, then they can be updated to the project-specific requirements. Within a project you can use a similar process to duplicate a phase and the related ITP. You would do this when a phase is repeated, for example a set of rough-in MEP inspections is repeated for every floor of a high rise building.

A header checkpoint can be inserted once for a dynamic matrix or set of dynamic checkpoints. dynamic checkpoint. The feature is also useful for adding standard checkpoints below a matrix., The versatility of feature is that the visibility of any checkpoint can be triggered by the use of connected dynamic checkpoint.

Checklist formulas have been expanded once more to include date-related formulas such as number of hours or days between date-times. These are particularly useful in manhour reporting tables and calculating durations.

A trend panel has been added to deficiency and key metric dashboards. This will help you see if things are getting better or worse.

A new equipment/asset report that prints out all inspections organized by equipment (FTQ-401ix)

On the inspection screen, copying the inspection id will give you a hyperlink that you can paste into a text or email.

Deficiency listing grids now include all five key metrics. Use the cogwheel icon to manage the columns and make the key metrics you want visible where you want to see them.
