Inspection Screen Updates
Drag & Drop attachments between checkpoints on the inspection screen
You can now drag and drop photos and attachments from one checkpoint to another on the inspection screen. This is very convenient if you want to take multiple photos in one checkpoint and then so select specific ones from that group to move to other checkpoints. (DEV-8232)
Use Cases:
- While on an electrical tower, an inspector takes multiple pictures on an inspection checkpoint. Then when back on the ground, distributes the photos to the proper checkpoints by dragging and dropping them.
Directions:
Checklist Category added to the Inspection Selection Process
You can now add a "Checklist Category" selection step in the inspection selection process, so that long lists of checklists can be filtered and reduced for the inspector.
In non-plan mode, there is a preference setting option for inserting "Category" selection before the checklist selection. In ITP plan mode, there is a preference setting option for inserting Category selection before the ITP item selection. Both can be set in Setup>Customization>Customization Preferences. (DEV-8008)
Use Cases:
- During an inspecting electrical work, after selecting the project and phase, you can choose electrical category, then the electrical checklists
. - During an inspecting electrical work, after selecting the project and phase, you can choose electrical category, then see a list of electrical ITP plan items

Punch List Import
You can now import punch items created by other sources into FTQ360. (DEV-8369)
Use Cases:
- A customer provides an excel listing of deficiencies that will be managed in FTQ360.
- A project is underway that has been tracking deficiencies on spreadsheets and those deficiencies can be imported into FTQ360. Continuity is maintained as the project implements FTQ360.
- A construction contractor has years of deficiency data that can be imported into FTQ360 and included in analytics.
Instructions:
Desensitize inspection screen scrolling
Have you ever gotten annoyed by pulldowns opening that disrupt your scrolling experience, especially in the header section? You are now able to scroll the screen without inadvertently opening pull-down selectors, especially when your finger lands on a pull down when you first touch the screen. (DEV-8093)
Use Cases:
- iPad user places finger anywhere on header to begin scrolling down the screen.

Setup Screen Updates
Move multiple checkpoints at once in Checklist Setup
When updating a checklist, you are now able to select multiple, consecutive checkpoints and drag them to a new place in the checkpoint sequence. This allows you to move a group of checkpoints into the correct sequence position rather than having move them one by one. DEV-8267
Use Cases:
- You add 5 new checkpoints that should be at the top of the checklist. Now you can select all 5 and slide them up to the top of the checkpoint list.
- You need to reorder checkpoint sections that contain multiple checkpoints. Select groups of checkpoints and move them into the correct position.
Directions:
Separate lines in a checkpoint for easy reading
When editing a checklist, you can create multiple, separate lines for a checkpoint now. This is ideal when the checkpoint is expressing two separate actions (such as check levelness and record dimensions) or the checkpoint is stated in two different languages. The line separation appears on the on the inspection screen as well as the printed report. DEV-8212
Use Cases:
- The top line of the checkpoint is written in English and the second line is written in Spanish

Use Cases:
- You affix a tag to a piece of equipment with a QR code that includes the project/phase/equipment/ITP line item (with identifying text also) for each inspection required of a piece of installed equipment. The inspector scans the code and inspects it.
- A QA manager can scan a QR code on the piece of equipment and view the related inspection(s)
Instructions:
1029 Query - Added columns
